If you're unable to order a Wise Multi-Currency Card in the US because your ID document is expired:
Reach out to us and select Something else as the contact reason
Say “I need to upload a new unexpired verification document to get a US card.”
This will make your request go to the right team so we can advise you on how to upload a new ID document.
Once we verify your new ID document, you'll be able to order a card again.
