What do I need to do to replace my expired ID document to get a card in the US?

Sometimes we may require additional information to keep your account safe, so we need to make sure that your documents and information on file are up-to-date.

If you're unable to order a Wise Multi-Currency Card in the US because your ID document is expired:

  1. Reach out to us and select Something else as the contact reason

  2. Say “I need to upload a new unexpired verification document to get a US card.”

    • This will make your request go to the right team so we can advise you on how to upload a new ID document.

Once we verify your new ID document, you'll be able to order a card again.
