Because of how we're regulated in the Philippines, you'll have limits on the amounts you can send, spend or receive in your Wise account.
These limits apply to both personal and business accounts.
Limits for converting or transferring PHP to any other currency
There's a limit of 10,000 USD or equivalent in another currency per conversion or transfer.
There's also a limit of 50,000 USD or equivalent per calendar month.
Where these limits apply
sending PHP from your Wise balance or bank account to another currency
converting or withdrawing PHP from your Wise balance into another currency
spending PHP using your Wise card in another currency
adding PHP to a Wise balance that’s in a different currency — such as USD or GBP
Limits on receiving or holding money
There’s no limit on how much you can hold in your Wise account.
But there’s a monthly limit of 10 million PHP that applies to how much you can top up or receive in your personal account per calendar month. This limit doesn't apply to Wise Business accounts.
Limits on spending money with your Wise card
You can spend a maximum of 500,000 PHP per transaction using your Wise card for both personal and Business accounts.
For personal accounts, there's a spending limit of 2 million PHP and 275,000 PHP ATM withdrawal limit per calendar month.
For Business accounts, there's a spending limit of 2.8 million PHP and 300,000 PHP ATM withdrawal limit per calendar month.

What happens if I exceed the monthly limit?
These limits reset on the first of each calendar month. If someone sends you an amount exceeding the monthly limit, we’ll have to refund the money back to the sender.
You can continue using your Wise account for payments that aren't affected by these limits.
