What if my Wise card hasn't arrived?

If you're waiting for your physical card, the first thing to do is check the delivery estimate and address in your Wise account.

You can still use your digital card for online spending and with mobile wallets while you wait for the physical card to arrive.

How to check your delivery status and address

  1. Go to the Cards tab in your account (on the app or website)

  2. Select the card you're waiting for

  3. You'll see the estimated delivery date and the delivery address listed

About delivery tracking

We use local post for most standard deliveries, so we can't provide a tracking number.

If you paid for expedited delivery, or if your card is being delivered to Brazil, Malaysia, or the Philippines, you'll find a tracking number in the app.

What if your address is wrong?

  • If your card hasn't been shipped yet, you may be able to edit your address. Go to your card order in the Cards tab and select Edit address.

  • If your card has already been shipped, you can change the delivery address by following the same steps for a small fee. This is because we'll cancel the old card and order a new one, so there’s a card production fee to cover the costs.

    • Exception: If you chose expedited delivery to the US or Canada with UPS, you may be able to change the address yourself by using UPS MyChoice.

What should you do if the delivery date has passed?

Postal services can sometimes have small delays. Please wait 5 extra working days after the estimated delivery date for your card to arrive.

If your card still hasn't arrived after 5 extra working days, you should order a new card.

How to order a new card

  1. Go to the Cards tab in your account

  2. Select the card you were waiting for

  3. Select Card not arrived? Order a new one on the web, or I didn’t get my card on the app

  4. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm your delivery address. This automatically cancels your original card to keep your money safe

If your card was lost in the post, your first replacement is free.

Normal delivery times

Delivery times are estimates in working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, and don't include weekends or public holidays.
